My Story
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
A road accident in June 2011 gave me a cervical spinal cord injury. However, this has not in any way prevented me from living life to the fullest and growing in my career as a communicator.
I am an avid traveler and love embarking on new journeys. I wish to inspire people with disabilities to not put their travel plans on hold, while the world around us takes it time to become more inclusive and accessible.
My work as a communications professional helps me stay close to 2 of my biggest passions: technology and travel. I currently work with Amazon and lead public relations for Amazon Alexa and Echo devices in India.
I am a firm believer of ‘things may seem impossible in the beginning, but one has to just keep trying’.
In this blog, you will mostly find my articles about living with a spinal cord injury, the joys & challenges of traveling with a disability and my life experiences.
More than anything, this blog is to reassure myself and watch my thoughts.
